Introduction
This page has been created to help fight in-game ISK spamming.
It outlines in simple terms the steps required to notify CCP of ISK spam in local chat.
What is an ISK spammer?
Before you go ahead and ban the ISK seller, make sure you understand that scamming someone with a contract (permissible under EULA) is not the same as selling ISK by advertising XYZ.com domain in-game (against the EULA).
An example ISK spammer (taken from Jita local):

How to ban those nasty ISK sellers
After Dominion it's now very simple. You no longer need to file a petition, just follow these steps:
- Right click on the the persons name in local. You can either right click on their portrait or on their name in text, in the channel itself.
- Select "REPORT ISK SPAMMER"
- A box will pop up "Are you sure you want to report CHAR_NAME as an ISK spammer...?"
- Click "YES".
- All done! :)
