Low Skill Beam Fit
I have chosen to alter the "low-skill" beam fit; the previous fit required five Level V skills -- Gunnery, Weapons Upgrades, Hull Upgrades, and two or so capacitor skills (at least in order to run the thing); it was probably overtanked with six lows devoted to tank, and it lacked a tracking computer. --Nauplius 00:40, 2 May 2009 (UTC)
