I've added a framework for the Insurgency War and marked it as stub and npov, we're gonna need input from both sides and comments/quotes from insrg- and nc-forums (even command sections). --Jack DuVal 19:31, 23 December 2008 (UTC)
This article contains a massive amount of red links. You realy should consider the value of the links when so many of them lead nowhere --ISD Vakiri Vak'amon 20:57, 23 December 2008 (UTC)
I'll just let Felysta do his thing for now untill he's all done, he's doing good ;) --Jack DuVal 00:18, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
I have added more content which should cover the history of the entire alliance now. The reason for all of the red links is that most of them point to Corporations or Alliances which do not have any information yet. They can be remover to just list the corporations and alliances, but that will make more work if/when the entries are filled. --Felysta Sandorn 14:34, 18 January 2009 (UTC)
I used to be part of INSURG and I thank you very much for putting this togeather, I will look around for any records I might have and send them to you in-game since I am no good with this wiki thing. --Opiboble Inte 23:18, 22 January 2009 (UTC)
Thanks! Anything you send me I'll try and add up here when I get the chance! :) --Felysta Sandorn 22:37, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
Nice work Felysta! I was part of INSRG along with LFC only from late March to end May, but that month in Branch was the best fun I ever had in EVE :D
Some comments:
- I'd really like some NC input in this without it ending in a smackfest, but it'll have to make it a 'bit' less biased then.
"As the NC forces drew closer, Insurgency forces started saying their last goodbyes... "
good sentence though ;)
- The following fact is not true:
"Unfortunately, no killboards exist any more with these details as the kills and losses have been erased from all NC boards. "
as these are the RZR/MM links:
http://morsus-mihi.net/kb/?a=kill_related&kll_id=87556
http://www.eve-razor.com/killboard/?a=kill_related&kll_id=66185
- Z-K battle:
participants: 270 (incl 50 carriers and a small amount of MS's) INSRG vs 600+ NC (400 jumped from BKG, 200 from OP9)
casualties: 89 INSRG, 400-500 NC ( )
1 INSRG capital died, an LFC Thanatos: http://lfc.griefwatch.net/?p=details&kill=25052
The full engagement lasted for over 24 hours. INSRG camped the system all that time, most of the NC logged off after the initial battle on monday and got killed when logging back on.
- QCWA was evac'd on 12th May, 4 weeks after the initial engagement in Z-K.
- The theft was done by Jotram, hence known as the Jotram-theft and involved 90B ISK. He got accepted into a small member-corp of PURE afterwards, that booted him again a couple of days later.
- After the QCWA-evac, the change of leadership and the theft moral went down the drain, and INSRG never got more then 25 battleships in a fleet afterwards.
