The 24th Imperial Crusade corp description says "We need you to help us save the Minmatar from themselves. We will help the lost ones find their way, capsuleer, and we will do it with the deathless force only you can wield"; the Amarr Militia recruitment ad says "We need you to help us save the Minmatar from themselves. We will help the lost ones find their way, capsuleer, and we will do it with the deathless force only you can wield." And during Jamyl's coronation speech, she called for a "new Reclaiming."
These quotes seem to contradict the statement that the Reclaiming has stopped. The 24th Imperial Crusade's purpose does indeed sound a lot like a tool for the Reclaiming.
