Triage mode is seldom used in battle, however when activated, it virtually guarantees that by the time the pilot runs out of fuel, a large number of their adversaries will have converged on their location, leading to the destruction of the carrier.
Upon Activation of the triage unit you are stuck 5 Minutes Unable to Move or Jump Out. Your Personal and Remote Repair unit's Rep Bonus is increased by 50% and the Duration is Decreased by 50% Therefore giving a over all 100% Bonus to Remote Repair Power.
Triage is more commonly used for repairing starbase modules and outpost services.
