How would it work when, for example, alliances like the Star Fraction, who own no outposts, go to destroy peoples outpost? I dont think it should be possible for those who have nothing to be retaliated against (infrastructure wise) to be able to destroy other alliances infrastructure such as alliance funded outposts. There is no "risk" of retaliation to those who have nothing, because there is nothing to retaliate against and that is completely unfair to those shelling out the money to build these outposts.
I think maybe if this was ever going to be implemented that the one doing the destructing must also own an outpost for at LEAST 90 days, and can not self destruct the station if it is the only one they own (since when the station is captured it is transferred to the capturing alliance).
This allows some form of possible retaliation (infrastructure wise) against the ones that are destructing the station.
