Summary

Some of the major factions currently do not offer ships through their loyalty point stores, and there are also some cross-faction ships missing on the list, Gallente/Amarr and Caldari/Minmatar crossings for example. This causes cross-training issues, because those who train Gallente/Caldari or any of the supported combinations have access to additional ships, while those with the aforementioned combinations do not.

Thukker Tribe, Sisters of Eve, Amattar Mandate, Intaki Syndicate and Mordus Legion are examples of factions that do not offer any special ships, so the cross-faction ships could be filled in through these factions. And there are also the elusive Rogue Drones out there as candidate.

As a side-note, there are not many drone-boats in game, and this offers players that prefer this playstyle few options as only the Dominix and Myrmidon are specialized for this and there are no higher-tier drone-boats available besides thie Sin, which is specialized out of the scope of most players. A Gallente-Amarr drone-boat (possibly with a laser and/or armor-repair bonus) would also plug this hole in ship availability.
