Oniya Arkimo is a lvl 2 Cosmos agent (Internal Security Division) for Lai Dai. He is currently located in the Airmia System, at the Grand Crag Watch.

He offers the Following missions:

Aquire 1 Encoded Lai Dai Reports (0.1m^3)

Found at the Contestet Caldari Lai Dai Refinery in the Airmia System.

Appears to drop roughly once per wave of Nugoeihuvi or Propel Dynamics ships in the first room of the complex.

It Gets Worse... (2 of 3):

Courier 2 Encoded Lai Dai Reports (0.2m^3) from the Agent to a nearby Station.

Time for Payback (3 of 3):

Mission briefing:

-Player Name-, go back to the Lai Dai refinery and destroy every single ship that might be there. Bring back to me every report you find, if we look hard enough we're bound to find the right one eventually. You have to hurry though, my superiors are getting suspicious of why I haven't made any progress on the excavation operations that were assigned to me. Letting your plans fall into enemy hands is bad for business.

Deliver 5 Encoded Lai Dai Reports (0.5m^3) to Oniya Arkimo's hawk.

The same as the first mission.

Doing this pays a Nugget Ballistic Deflection Field Blueprint (BPC: 3 Run, ME 10, PE 4)
