Fleet HQ

The Stronghold webs and shoots a Citadel torpedo (thermal damage).
Easily soloed with an Ishtar (exept the stronghold which has a huge tank).
The Stronghold repairs 5000 HP armor every 10 seconds or so. Your chance is to shoot the armor down and damage the structure before it repairs its armor to 100%. It took us about an hour with one BS, two BCs, two Support. The Stronghold always drops a 23rd Tier Overseer's Effects (worth about 133m) and can also drop loot worth up to 1.5b.
Hint: The Stronghold stops webbing you and repairing itself once you get 60km away from it. You are able to kill it with significantly less dps this way.
