Summary
For unknown reasons, Faction Warfare zones have typically experienced poor performance. Numerous complaints have been made in regard to this issue on the Eve Online forums.
The CSM knows that CCP is aware of this issue, given that devs have replied at several occasions to respective complaints on the forum.
Solution
The CSM is requesting more detailed information from CCP regarding where they are in examining the issue and would like to know how difficult it would be to implement a solution.
