this is a good begginer guide.... but I want to be able to manufacture BPOs not just make copies of the ones i have. Creation of BPOs

How do you go about createing new BPO's? or is it not possible. this is a good begginer guide.... but I want to be able to manufacture BPOs not just make copies of the ones i have.
