Hexxx is an influential member of the Market Discussions "community". Hexxx is also the current Chairman of the Board for EBANK.
Hexxx has actively participated in trying to define the "secondary markets" of EVE, putting forth proposals on principles-based auditing methodology, banking, and public investment through shares and bonds.
