Reason For Adding

Wiki community definition of a stub :
Wiki community considers stubs separate from clean-up articles....maybe we should but Incomplete under clean-up? or not, Wiki now classifies incompletes under clean-up category...comments on solutions?kalanosh 09:23, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
