The Secret Evil Plan is the name of a plan that is described as having the qualities of secrecy and evilness by its architect, Praxis Astra.
The goal of the Secret Evil Plan has little to do with events in the game itself, and everything to do with the game's effects on the twisted, obsessive and unrepentant addicts who play it. There's a lot more but its all too secret to go into here. And too evil to discuss in polite company.
The Secret Evil Plan was first formally admitted as an agenda item at an EVE organization meeting sometime during Spring of 2010.
For the First 3-9 months the SEP was centered in an organization known only as the Coalition. The Coalition dissipated sometime during Dec-Jan 2010-11.
During the Summer of 2011 during which the SEP worked from the glorified basement workshop that is the Hearts And Minds Alliance, its HQ has moved to the Sovereign Pact which also doubles as the executor corp of the Stealth Syndicate.
It is also during this time that the SEP was reconstituted so that its primary objectives were realigned to the metagame rather than the game.
