As far as I know, there is no DED complex rated 9/10. The Dark Blood Fleet Staging Point is an Unrated complex has been added and removed before. I'll remove it again. Elisa Fir 13:59, 2 February 2012 (GMT)

Granted these new boxes may have more info but it is all rather confusing now. The older boxes were actually a graph with lines separating each entry. Please replace the lines and try not to get too carried away with the background colors.
