As far as I know, there is no DED complex rated 9/10. The Dark Blood Fleet Staging Point is an Unrated complex has been added and removed before. I'll remove it again. Elisa Fir 13:59, 2 February 2012 (GMT)
The fleet staging plexes are the same as the two 6/10 escalation ded plexes. so either remove those aswell or add the fleet staging plexes ad 9/10s. they always escalate. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=1107129#post1107129 /Risingson
