Haunted Yard's acceleration gate does NOT allow HACs. It'll allow entry by T1 cruisers, destroyers, and T2 Frigates, but not Heavy Assault Ships.
1. It does not allow t3 to enter as well. 2. The plex itself could be found in Everyshore region too.
