Serenity Steele was founder of the Interstellar Starbase Syndicate alliance, together with Count TaSessine. Serenity came to fame through the launch and popularization of IPOs for a series of outposts and eventually the entire ISS alliance management corporation.
Later Serenity Steele went on to publish the EVE Strategic Maps Book and was Vice-Chairman of the 1st Council of Stellar Management.
