The Capital Navigation Screen allows an EVE pilot to see any available cynosural beacons that they can jump to, along with the destination solar system, sec status, fuel cost, distance in light years, and whom the pilot will be jumping to (in other words, the pilot who activated a cynosural beacon).
It has no default shortcut, but can be assigned one under the Shortcuts tab in the main menu.
