The word 'Oruze' crops up in the Sleeper sites Oruze Construct, Oruze Enclave, Oruze Osobnyk and The Mirror. The Mirror itself contains an enclave named 'Oruze Enclave'. It would be logical that this enclave is the same as the solo site which is named the same.

The two words 'Oruze Osobnyk' are of interest because they are the only overtly non-english words from all known Sleeper sites. This article focuses on the word 'Oruze'

The directory listing from the Oruze Enclave in The Mirror lists:

   1.0 Solar Engineering 
   1.1 Photoelectrical Engineering 
   1.2 Thermovoltaics 
   1.3 Residential 
   1.4 Residential

From this we can find the purpose of this enclave:

Solar Engineering - Marine engineering is creating and maintaining machines in a marine environment, it follows that Solar Engineering takes places in a Solar environment.

Photoelectrical Engineering - Photo (light) electrical Engineering is most probably the generation of electricity from light.

Thermovoltaics - Thermo (heat) voltaics (electricity) is a method of obtaining electricity from heat.

It is worth noting here that the term 'photovoltaic' wasn't used. Instead, the name of the process was used. Whether this is significant or not is up for debate.

There is only one object which generates light and heat in consistent amounts in space, a Star. Therefore we can assume that they are tapping energy from the suns.

The next two areas are residential. There would seem to be a significance in the fact that two separate entries are labelled the same, but that's not in the scope of this page (unless someone wants to put it here).

In summary, the word 'Oruze' involves living quarters and generation of power from the sun. A type of self-sustaining colony.
