The syndrome describes a stupid and arrogant individual in an alliance leadership that has no idea about leadership, fcing etc. They have a habbit of jumping Titans in to hostile system whitout fleets.
This individual will on daily basis do stupid and useless things: It was in a galaxy far far away, and long long time ago when this happened :
