Removed Oursulaert as major trade hub
This is a smaller trade hub, if all similar sized trade hubs should be listed the list would become too big and subject to frequent change as the list would have to get updated more often. Oursulaert is not in the same league as the 5 major trade hubs : Jita, Amarr, Rens, Dodixie and Hek.
Hek is still about double the size of Oursulaert, while Tash-Murkon Prime and Motsu have a comparable size to Oursulaert.

Edit : This error looks fixed now, but the error can and probably will come back at some point, because Eve-tools.org uses "Total market offers value" as the way to rank. However when some players decide to sell something for insane amounts of isk in some minor trade hub, this skews the list.
A more sophisticated ranking system would be able to marginalize the amount of errors, like giving a weight to 3 characteristics : "Total market offers value" 35%, "Total market offers" 35% and "Number of pilots currently docked and active"
