Selan is the son of Raana and part of an Amarrian Holder house. He was partners with Keral in a ship race. His ship was fitted with several banned rigs which malfunctioned during the race, causing it to crash. Selan was killed in the crash, while Keral was fatally wounded. Raana blamed Keral and his mother, Bethora, for the crash.[1]
