Omir Sarikusa is the current leader of the Blood Raiders. He is an Amarrian with some Caldari ancestry. Before he took over the Blood Raiders, they were infamous for killing children for their "purer" blood. Omir put an end to this practice, moving the Blood Raiders onto cloned people instead.[1]
