First draft up, hopefully no more people following CCP Mitnal's link getting confused about what's going on.

I have not checked that all links point to pages that still exist.

I'm commenting in the text (yes, editorialising =( ) about links which contain outdated information, or where the author (hammer's guide) is looking for a new maintainer.

Links which point to nowhere will simply be removed unless I can find the page somewhere else on the intarwebs.
