'''Ramsi Sarrar''' was not always a Sciences, when he was young about an Amarr Battleship his job was to repair broken items like toilets, the food generator was messing up so he rig up a chip to fix it and make it work better. To his amazement he jammed all the weapon systems on the ship, well instead of the brig the captain made a deal with Imperial Armaments in trade for his slave papers. Imperial Armaments put Ramsi to different test and made him one of the top R&D specs in the Corporation and gave him his freedom and his citizenship. 

Ramsi was the real father of ECM, but at the time he was an Amarr Slave so he didn't really get the credit he should have. The Scope did ask him how he felt about not getting credit for the project and he came back saying he was happy just doing what he likes everyday...
