Operation Lock-Down was a week long siege of [[EC-P8R]] in which [[Band of Brothers (Player alliance)|Band of Brothers]], [[Ascendant Frontier]] and [[Axiom Empire (Player alliance)|Axiom Empire]] locked down the system and destroyed every [[POS|pos]] within it.

[[Band_of_Brothers (Player alliance)|Band of Brothers]] initiated the operation after learning that [[G Alliance (Player alliance)|G Alliance]] was building a [[Mothership|mothership]] class vessel at a [[POS|pos]] within the system under the guise of an alt alliance.

These events occured at the beginning of the capital age when [[Motherships|motherships]] were rare.
