MCE2Y was formed by [[Malrock (Character)|Malrock]] after resigning leadership from The [[Nexus|Nexus]] Alliance & Universal-corp. Original plans included to form a corporation for elite officers as a retirement organization and a way to stay in touch.


As times changed the role of corporation has been slightly altered into elite [[Industrial|industrial]] organization.
