== Biography ==

=== Early Years ===

Kold excelled in all training upon entrance into the [[Caldari Navy]]. Specifically gifted in Combat, Strategic Operations, and Counter-Intelligence, but his unconventional approach to exercises, his diffident attitude to some of his superiors and a lack of respect for military hardware drew him many demerits.

=== Enforcement Service ===
Kold conducted a year of Enforcement Service with high recommendations from his commanding officers. He applied for and was uniformly recommended for work in Caldari Naval Intelligence.

=== Caldari Naval Intelligence ===
Kold served as an intelligence officer onboard the Deadalus both before and during Operation Bressius, and later was able to transfer to reconnaissance service, touring on many unmarked covert-ops frigates. His natural abilities, mental quickness and confidence impressed his commanding officers. Within a year of being assigned to reconnaissance, it became apparent that Kold was not being sufficiently challenged with his regular duties. Kold volunteered for Special Operations Training.

=== Special Operations Training ===
Kold excelled at Precision Engagement, Tactical Evasion and Close Proximity Warfare. He constantly equaled or bested superior officers and instructors in all areas after nominal experience. His techniques were rapidly included in future training courses.

=== 030 Special Tactical Unit ===
Kold served with distinction in the Caldari Navy 030 Special Tactical Unit and proved adept at training other candidates, initiating combat missions, and fostering a creative environment. During his three year tenure with the 030 STU, Kold rose to the rank of Commander. He saw active service in [[Genesis]] and [[Solitude]] regions.

=== Court Martial and Dismissal ===
When the battle of [[Nema_(System)|Nema]] was over during the [[Aridia]] campaigns, reports began to emerge of a rogue naval unit destroying non-military targets in the outlying systems. Kold was put on trial for the massacres at [[Maalna_(System)|Maalna]], [[Shakasi_(System)|Shakasi]] and [[Maseera_(System)|Maseera]]. Before the trial was concluded Kold fled, aided by an unknown party. Later evidence suggested it was ex-intelligence operatives loyal to Kold.

After fleeing the trial, Kold took refuge among members of [[The_gurlstas_associates_(Player_alliance)|The Guristas Associates]] in the [[Lonetrek_(Region)|Lonetrek]] region teaching them lessons hard won in battle while turning his hand to piracy and weapons trading. With possesion of advanced military hardware, coupled with an outstanding tactical knowledge, Kold is to be considered heavily armed, highly motivated and extremely dangerous.

Reports now suggest he has moved to the [[Rancer_(System)|Rancer]] system to continue his illegal activities which includes preying on innocent travelers.
