== Summary ==
There is no way to sort contacts into custom folders as was possible in EVEMail prior to EVE Gate. This capability is sorely missed, particularly by players with large numbers of contacts who are kept in their contact lists for various reasons.


== Solution ==
 Allow the creation of folders with custom labels into which Contacts can be sorted (similar to pre-EVE Gate functionality).

<li>Clearer identification of a contact's purpose</li>
<li>Less time-consuming scrolling through annoyingly long paged lists</li></ul>

<ul><li>May prevent public exposure of contacts sorted into folders (not a con in the view of many players, however)</li>
