''This contested deadspace is being overrun by the Gist division of the Angel Cartel. The Minmatar Republic's Narcotics officers are fighting the Angel Cartel, trying to uncover a major drug-cartel. The Nefantar, better known as the Ammatar, built this complex originally but later lost control of it when the Crystal Peace Accord was signed. Today it is the target of many pilots running missions for agents that covet the artifacts left behind in the Great Retreat during the Minmatar rebellion.''
