Black Nova Corp was part of the former [[Band of Brothers (Player alliance)|Band of Brothers]] Alliance. The corporation originated from players in the [[Outer Ring (Region)|Outer Ring]] region, in 2003, who later participated in the [[Great Northern War]].

Black Nova Corp is a pure [[PvP|PvP]] focused corporation, led for a long time by [[Blacklight (Character)|Blacklight]] and later by [[Coranor (Character)|Coranor]]. During 2005, the corporation spawned an [[Industrial|Industrial]] logistics sister corporation called [[Black Eclipse Corp (Player corporation)|Black Eclipse Corp]], in a model that was copied by all [[Band of Brothers (Player alliance)|Band of Brothers]] member corporations.

After [[Band of Brothers (Player alliance)|BoB]]'s dissolution, Black Nova Corp joined [[KenZoku (Player alliance)|KenZoku]] alliance.

Black Nova Corp joined [[IT Alliance (Player alliance)|IT Alliance]] on 2009.09.22.
