The battle of [[Y-2ANO (System)|Y-2ANO]] was an attack on 3 January 2010, by [[Pandemic Legion]] and [[Goonswarm]], against an onlining [[IT Alliance (Player alliance)|IT Alliance]] [[Territorial Claim Unit|teritorial claim unit]].

The Pandemic Legion and Goonswarm forces jumped into the heavily camped system with their capital fleets. However, the well documented instances of high latency and player disconnects in fleet fights that were implemented in the Dominion expansion disconnected the majority of these pilots, while simultaneously ensuring that their ships did not log out after the 15 minute timer.

In the ensuing turkey shoot, the defending forces destroyed many capitals including 4-5 [[titan]] class vessels.
