I thought all the 3+ permanent plexes were removed, and now need to be scanned down?

Might want to edit the part about DED Report Value dictating what types of ships can get in.  Make sure the links are going to the right places, and correct "Battle Cruiser" and "Battle Ship" to "Battlecruiser" and "Battleship".  Should include what T2 variants are allowed as well.
