The [[Caldari|Caldari]] Independent Navy Reserve is one of the oldest and most established [[Caldari|Caldari]] loyalist  paramilitary corporations in the cluster, established in early 107 by Dev Larren.  It was the founding corporation of [[The_Fourth_District|The Fourth District]] alliance and is currently a member of the [[Caldari|Caldari]] militia.
