Admiral Michael Starslayer, or what some have called to call him, "The Broker". "The Broker" can be regarded as one of the most dangerous buisness men in the known galaxy. He juggles the market to make ISK and can shape the market to his will, spark wars, end wars and crumble entire alliances using various infiltration techniques and corrupting the individuals in alliances and corporations using the wealth he has at his finger tips. However he can also provide riches to others if he wishes, he can shift power and can sometimes drive other players 'insane' all from his station. When engaged in conversation with him, it is advised to avoid trickery and can toy with your mind making you agree to deals you dont want.
