Valsas en Dilat is an ascetic Intaki polymath who conceived the [[Zephyr]] as demonstration of minimalist starship design[http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Zephyr].

=The Arek'Jalaan project=

During the initial stages of the Arek'Jalaan project, the [[zephyr]] was proposed as the ideal vessel for exploring sleeper bases, as it did not get targeted by sleepers.

In order to find out why that is, it was proposed to ask Valsas en Dilat. To that end [[Tykari_(Character)|Tykari]] and [[Eliniale]] members of the project started their search in Intaki by broadcasting on all fequencies.

This followed:

hey there mr vol?''

Eliniale > or miss? i can't quite make it out i'm afraid

Tykari > apologies for the disturbance, we're are looking for information concerning Valsas en Dilat

Tykari > there are some questions we would like to ask him

Eliniale > or where we might be able to contact him

''Riveau Yol > You are in the wrong place for Valsas.''

Tykari > oh

Tykari > could you perhaps point us in the right direction then?

''Riveau Yol > He frequents the Syndicate region.''

Eliniale > thank you

Tykari > hmm bit of a wide area, but it is something

''Riveau Yol > I can pass the word along that he is sought. No promises however. He's elusive.''

A trip by the same Arek'Jalaan members was undertaken to syndicate[http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Category:Syndicate_%28Region%29]
, however this met with no succes. Trowaway comm relays that would alert them to the mention of Valsas en Dilat were left behind, so far to no avail.

Some time later Gina Ji also decided to search for him. Although no extra hints were discovered relating to Valsas en Dilat's whereabouts, an abandoned research project in 3-IN0V[http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/3-IN0V_%28System%29] was discovered.
