Sin Callor

Sin Callor was the Ministry of Internal Order representative to the Privy Council during Emperor Heideran VII’s reign and continues to serve on the Council to this day, being one of its more influential members.
When Emperor Heideran suddenly became interested in Empire affairs again in YC105, Callor was the only member of the Council to not react with external fear, though when he met the Emperor’s eyes, he involuntarily shuddered. He is the head of the Ministry of Internal Order.
